Crossing the main road

Left of the car, THE MAIN ROAD is full of traffic. Every car that hits Seymour takes a big bite of his energy.
Nudge 1Where to look
You don't have to cross it early: the place on the far side matters much later in the game.
Nudge 2A stronger push
Who stops traffic outside schools so that people can cross? Someone in the game gives Seymour the thing they carry.
Nudge 3Almost there
It comes from a policeman who has to leave his post in a hurry.

Carry the lollipop (a lollipop lady's stop sign) that Rick Bracy gives Seymour when he leaves the precinct (Rick won't leave the precinct). With it in the inventory the cars no longer hurt, and after the first crossing the road stays safe for good, lollipop or not.
Why it works
Each of the road's two hazards checks for the lollipop when it touches Seymour. If he has it, it scores and marks itself safe; from then on it never takes energy again.
