Pippa sits at the reception desk looking cross. Talk to her and all you get is "GO AWAY!".

It's a book. Seymour finds it lying in the maze of studios behind the building, not far in.

Walk right through THE LIFT, THE BACK PASSAGE and THE STUDIOS into the maze, and keep going left through the maze rooms.

Pick up the dictionary in the third maze room (left of the first two) and take it to Pippa. She cheers up, and since Seymour has it in his hands he asks her how to say "I'm Seymour and I'm everyone's friend" in Mgambese. Her answer, UMGAWA, is what you'll need on the jungle backlot (Tarzan won't let me past).
Why it works
Pippa's script takes the dictionary and sets a flag that Tarzan's script reads. Later in the game she has a second thing to give away, for a second present.
