Press FLASH BOREDOM's switch, wait just left of the booth until the machine is about to stop, then jump right into the booth. Seymour arrives at the top of THE SPACE BASE still rising and sails on up into MINGS ARMOURY. There's an Oscar up here (see Where on earth can Seymour find 16 actors?); the way out is down the shaft into the space base.
Why it works
The booth only moves Seymour's position; his state carries over, so a jump in progress continues at the other end.
