Where on earth can Seymour find 16 actors?

Seymour has the movie script at last, but "THE CAST ARE ALL IN MIAMI WITH DIRK!". Who is going to be in the film?
Nudge 1Where to look
Everybody Seymour has met on the lot wants to be a star. Go and ask them, script in hand.
Nudge 2A stronger push
Ask anyone while carrying the script: they'll tell you their price. It's the film industry's favourite prize.
Nudge 3Almost there
There are sixteen of the prizes hidden around the lot, mostly under bits of scenery you can pick up.

Each of sixteen characters will join the film for an Oscar, as long as Seymour carries the script when he gives it. The Oscars are hidden under scenery all over the game (a barrel, a plant, packing cases, leaves…). The Oscars page has each hiding place and each character behind its own reveal. When the sixteenth Oscar is handed over, the game is won.
Why it works
Every would-be actor shares one script: without the movie script carried, "OF COURSE, BUT ONLY IF THE SCRIPT IS GOOD!"; with it but no Oscar, "OF COURSE, BUT ONLY IF I GET AN OSCAR!"; with both, one Oscar is used up and that character is done.
