The parrot won't leave its hut

A red parrot flutters about in the hut in ISNT THIS HIGH?. Somebody wants it, but it won't follow Seymour.
Nudge 1Where to look
Birds follow food. You need something only an animal would eat.
Nudge 2A stronger push
Somebody on the Grease set gives Seymour something by mistake: "ONE OF OUR PET FOOD SPECIALS!" (Sindy is crying in the malt shop).
Nudge 3Almost there
Food lying on the floor attracts the parrot: it flies to it and circles around it. When its circle passes a doorway or the edge of a room, it goes through.

Bring the parrot food and lead the parrot in three hops:
- In the hut in ISNT THIS HIGH?, put the food down on the block near the door (pick up the barrel and the thing under it first, so the food goes where you want). The parrot circles it, passes the door and flies out into ISNT THIS HIGH?.
- Pick the food up, go out, and put it down at the far left of ISNT THIS HIGH?. The parrot circles past the edge into CHEZ TARZAN.
- Pick it up again and put it down on the platform in CHEZ TARZAN just right of the pirate's hut door. The parrot circles into the hut.
The pirate gets his Polly back (The pirate won't let me in). The food has done its job.
Why it works
The parrot is a "follower": it walks towards the parrot food whenever the food lies in its room at a new place, and patrols otherwise. A few fixed spots (the hut's door, the left edge of ISNT THIS HIGH?, the pirate's door) move it from room to room.
