From THE UMBABWE BANK climb into MGAMBA TREE HUTS and on up, branch by branch, to ISNT THIS HIGH?. At the hut's door press action to go in. In this first hut lies the spanner that mends the lift (The lift doesn't work); there's also a red parrot, and a barrel. Press action at the door inside to come back out. The other huts are entered the same way: one in MGAMBA VILLAGE (a leather jacket), one in MGAMBA TREE HUTS (a bouncy ball), one in MORE TREE HUTS (The tree hut with spikes on the floor), one off THE UMBABWE BANK, and the pirate's (The pirate won't let me in).
Why it works
Platforms you can stand on are "step" tiles: solid from above, open from below, so Seymour jumps up through them and lands on top.
