A dictionary from the maze cheers Pippa up, and she teaches Seymour the word that gets him past Tarzan.
Pippa at reception isn't in the mood to talk. For now, walk on right: through THE LIFT (it doesn't work yet), THE BACK PASSAGE and THE STUDIOS, and on into the maze of backlots behind the building.
Every room back here is called A MAZE OF STUDIOS. Walk left through two of them: in the third lies a book.
Back out the quick way: in each maze room, the gap between the buildings where you can see the sky is a passage. Stand in it and press action. From the second maze room it takes you to the first; from the first, out to THE STUDIOS. (Lost in the maze of studios has the whole maze.)
Take the dictionary to Pippa. She's been lost without it, and while Seymour is holding it, he asks her something.
That's the word. Walk back through the studios into the first maze room and off its right edge: THE BACKLOT, TARZAN. Tarzan blocks the way into the jungle, but now Seymour can say the right thing.
